Not Final (notfinal.us) is run by J&J Technical Services, Clifton, Texas, USA ("we"). By using it, you agree to these terms.
You upload or paste a denial letter. When you pay, Not Final gives you a plain-English explanation of the decision, the appeal deadline it finds, a check of the rule the letter cites, a list of evidence that usually helps, and a drafted appeal letter with a checklist of what to attach. Your results stay at a private link for 24 hours and are then permanently deleted. Save your appeal letter before then.
$0.99 (US dollars) per letter, paid once through Stripe Checkout. There is no subscription, no account, and nothing renews. You see the price before you pay, and you are charged only when you choose to run the review.
To ask for a refund, email jamey@jandjtechserv.com with the email address you used at checkout and the date of the charge. Refunds go back to your original card, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Not Final is an information tool, not a law firm, and does not give legal advice. It can make mistakes, so check every fact and confirm your deadline with the organization that sent your letter. No tool can promise an appeal will succeed. For serious cases, consider a lawyer, a legal aid office, or your state's consumer help office.

Not Final is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the review.
