No accounts. Unpaid letters are deleted within 2 hours. After you pay, your letter and results (including your appeal letter) are kept at a private, unguessable link for 24 hours so you can come back to them, then permanently deleted. During those 24 hours we email you the link twice as a reminder to save your appeal letter.
Your checkout email is used only for those two reminder emails and is deleted with everything else after 24 hours. Each email has an unsubscribe link.
To produce your review, the letter text is sent to an AI service (OpenAI) for processing. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.
